Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Delivery Time

Order Tracking

Delays
Although we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, unforeseen delays (such as customs checks or postal network issues) may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@skopossportswear.com so we can assist you.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require reshipment at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if it hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not refundable.
